• 1%: nothing

The all stats up reward grants the following:
+0.1 × CursedPennies ^ 0.5 speed
-1 × CursedPennies ^ 0.5 max fire delay
+0.05 damage (up to +10)
+0.5 range
+0.1 × CursedPennies ^ 0.5 shot speed
+0.5 luck
